Comic Book Idea

Hey guys,

Thought I ask if you guys would be interested in a comic book related to fembots and such. The work would be in 2D to counter the issue of not being able to do alot of technical aspects with Poser art. The story I have in mind involves 3 Fembot (won't be called fembots) and guy, pre college times. Basically the idea is a few months after graduation, the guy, discovers that many of it's staff and students were androids. With the old school shutting down, he takes it upon himself to steal 2 of them before they're destroy for good. His dream girl and a teacher he liked as well, it's there he discovered the senior cheerleader(and local bitch of the year) is also an android, deciding to take all 3, he returns home to start new programming for them and from there the story moves on.

The cast is pretty much all in the 19+ area, feature some NSFW moments and ideas. More of a slice of life/science fiction story. Debating wither to have it B&W or colored, and how much to charge per comic. It would depend on how interested you guys would be in this idea. I haven't started making character designs, so if you have something in mind, i'm all ears. Just to give you guys some ideas of what i had in mind, here's a sample shot of the android storage area.

This reminds me a lot of the style used in the old Robotech comic books. Willie has a stack of them and i read them when he was trying to get me into robotech. The moment i saw it it clicked with me.

Not in 2D i'm afraid, I am working on it thou, so i should be filling up as i go, thinking on the designs for the other two androids and some cleverly hidden ports for them as well aside from the neck port. And figure out how they would recharge as well. thanks again for looking ^_^.

Haven't forgotten this, just doing commissions

Changing it up, going for a female protagonist then a male one. Change it up a bit, the key idea of this story is more how androids have affected society in a positive way verse too all the negative we tend to see when it comes to said robots and androids.These 3 androids have been other roles aside from the last role assign to them. So it would be cool to see how they've had an impact to the world around them even after being repackaged for other things. How did that good event come about, who's lives they affected and how meaningful was that impact and so forth. This is the idea i have in mind. So hopefully it's something that view as a good thing.

Looks promising. I'm a fan of your work, and I'd love to see another real drawn and inked fembot comic being made, so this is great to see.

Thanks Robotman, I'm hoping others will be interested. As i said earlier, this is about the positive of androids in society instead of the "AH! it's evil! kill it!"

The main character, Kory kind of starts off being selfish when she nab the androids as her intentions were at first kind of muddle at best. She slowly figures out the 3 she nabbed done a lot of positive things despite being use for other purposes aside from being fake college students and teachers. The androids themselves, have been used quite a bit, with the Cherry model being the newest model 7 years ago.

Might just need help with some of the techno jargon for this story. I have ideas and programming concepts, still at the end of the day i don't know exact stuff, and i rather avoid making it sound too silly, even if it is macguffin science. There will be some programming scenes, and even some dismantle here and there. But i don't want it overtaking the story or taking the ideal of the story of course. I'll try to have something for everyone just might not make it all into this kind of story. I do take suggestions and ideas, give credit and so on. So don't be afraid to say something or just generally comment if i do something wrong.

Actually i had decided to keep it black and white for the most part, maybe a few color one here and there a chapter. As Coloring is very time consuming. And i'm not the most awesome with it either, so i'll be sticking to my strong points

Since the story itself should have a real ending per say, as long as there is something to write about this would probably go on for a while depending how well it's received. And i thinking 14 pages a chapter to get started, find a digital service that i have it hosted at and still earn a profit to improve the quality as I go. Even go back and add color and update pages as i need too.

What I'm also trying to get down is good name for the androids, what they're construct of, can they be taken apart and so on. I'll post it here soon, but i did figure an idea for a 3 component part programming method for the androids that I think would be interesting.
