Can't really stand this guy's studio.

More often than not the descriptions for his videos are better than the videos themselves. They are fraught with bad acting, cheesy lines, and horrible effects.

I don't mind the lack of effects and production, as it's a hypnosis session, and I appreciate the "as it happens" feel.

As far as bad acting? That really depends on the model, though I doubt anyone here would call the clips with Mia McKinley or Kendra James, to name a few, as to containing "bad acting".

Nikki's performance in the set with her and Megan from, like, years ago, is still one of my all-time favorites of any ASFR video (especially the first half).

Solo Nikki in this clip is still pretty good, but this performance wasn't quite what that last one lo these man years past was -- if I'm being honest.

I still totally appreciate Frank. He's at least put SOMETHING out once a week since about the year 2,000-fucking-7. I mean, I'm not 100% positive, but I don't remember him even taking a single week off in all that time. He's pretty fucking fucking amazing, if you ask me. Of which 5-10% is mindblowing, 5-10% actually pretty much turns out to kind of suck, and everthing else is in the middle, but trending definitely towards the positive side of the spectrum.

I haven't seen NIKI's latest clip yet. She was one of the first girls to appear on franks site after he learned of our group. In her first clip she played a poorly programmed caterer that becomes confused when trying to determine the necessary proportions to prepare for expected guest. For the most part she does a nice job, but gets a little carried away at times, but over all its not a bad performance. She is definitely one of the girls that seems to really try and takes the whole robot thing pretty serious.

Niki appears later in a second clip with another actress named Megan.In this clip The two play girls competing for a modeling job. Niki sabotages Megan, but is confronted about the sabotage and has her own identity discovered. There are a few nice moments especially with Niki, but I have to admit this isn't my favorite clip. Both girls are attractive enough, but Megan's robot acting makes her seem more like she's mentally challenged than robotic, at least in this scene. The girls also malfunction at the same time and kind of drown each other out at times. I have seen Megan in other stuff where she did a better job.

On a side note I think Frank is a big part of the reason why we have so many new sources to obtain robot-themed clips. You have probably noticed a lot of the girls like Kendra James, Candle box, Diana knight, Christina carter, lola lynn, and others were really introduced to asfr through Frank or atleast realized that it could be profitable to produce robot-themed clips. Because he brings in so many new girls its always hit or miss, but that's how we find new talent. If you see some you like let him know, so that he can get the girl back. That's how we got five visits from Kendra.

Some models/actresses really do a bang-up job. Here is short list of actresses and clips worth seeing.

As far a recent updates you might like Jasmine Shy, Katie Cummings & Vanessa Vixxen (Vanessa does a nice job), Amy Spears, and Cherry Poppins. I'll have to revisit some clips and get back to you on recents, Ive been too busy to watch much lately. When it comes to older clips here are several Actresses/clips worth checking out.

1…… Kendra James Kendra does a great job with vocals, mannerisms, and facial expressions. If not the best , she is definitely one of the best asfr actresses around.

She has appeared five times with Frank

clip1 A…………. She plays a foreign exchange student that gets caught plugging herself into a laptop
(great acting, this an early one so its all shot hand held and looks like it, but Kendra's performance makes it worth
watching in my opinion)

Clip B…………She plays a Model that does not do nudes and is hassled by the photographer to pose naked which
causes a program conflict.

Clip C……………..This is my least favorite clip with Kendra, not because of her performance which was top notch,
but because the storyline was so peculiar. It had a "little red riding" hood theme which just seemed strange and
unrelated to me. so if you have skip one this would the Kendra clip I could do without.

Clip D……………….This is my favorite Kendra clip, Maybe I'm partial because I wrote it. Kendra plays a exotic dancer that is malfunctioning, so she visits an underground robot repairman. He turns out not to be very good at his job. Great vocals, movements, expressions and repairs scenes. (shot mostly on a tripod)

Clip E………………This is my 2nd favorite Kendra clip, it might have been my favorite, but there was a little too much
panning and zooming. Kendra appears with Taylor Raz. Kendra plays a used fembot on showroom floor that has
been sold without her knowledge and Taylor plays the sales clerk. Nice robot acting throughout. Again this is one I
rewrote so I might be a bit impartial, but I don't think too many would regret their purchase.

2………Regan Manix…..New to the genre she appeared twice in 2012 and did a great job in both clips.

Clip A …………….She plays a computer-store sales clerk. Great ditzy perky vocals, good movements, head tics ect.
A must buy in my opinion.

Clip B ………………..She plays a makeup artist that spills fingernail polish remover on herself. Solid robot acting, not
quite as goo as her first clip, but still worth watching

3……….Dana Knight………She is the master of robotic movement, so much so that she should
teach a course. She does well with facial expressions too, and is just a solid actress.

Clip A she plays a perfume spokes model.
Clip B she plays a robotic superheroine

Christy Mack………Did an amazing job during both of her visits. Great vocals, mannerisms, and facial expressions. She really is one of the best robot performers out their, she is heavily tattooed, so be aware if that is an issue for you.

Briana Beach…….Did a shoot with another actress named Misty. Misty was soso , but Briana did a great job with vocals, expressions and movement. and to this day did one of the best jobs I've seen of combining the three.

Lola Lynn…………..Is a a natural when it comes to asfr acting I am particularly fond of her 3rd visit, definitely check it out.

Cory chase………Definely check out her first robot clip. She plays a secretary robot that is asked to flirt and seduce a client, even though she is not programmed to do so. She does a really nice job. the clip ends with her malfunctioning on the floor. She did come back for a 2nd visit in which she appeared with another actress, but she didn't have much screen time and the clip didn't turn out as well. I would definitely recommend her 1st performance over ther 2nd.

Candle Boxxx It's hard to go wrong with candle, she has the best vacant stare in the business. She consistently does a nice job. I cant' remember of hand which visit it was, but she plays a psychiatrist in one clip. This is my least favorite of her clips because she gets in a weird loop where she keeps telling her patient he smells bad (how erotic) but other that that her other clips are defiantly worth watching.

Giselle Humes....... She is a natural when it comes to robot acting. She was one of the first to appear as a robot on franks site.
her 1st Clips is from back in the day when there was still a lot of hypnosis included in the robot clips, but even though the clips were very basic it was clear that she had the movement and facial expressions down pat. After we al asked to have back for another vista Frank invited her back and she made 2nd clip that is one of my favorites. She played a secretary that gets bombarded with too many commands at the same time. This clip has great malfunctions and glitches, definitely check it out.

Christen Carter She does a great job, I can't recall if its her first or 2nd clip, but their is one where she plays an executive secretary, that offers special perks to the senior staff. When a subordinate tricks her into believing he is an executive she allows him to access her pleasure functions. She twist her nipple to increase her sensor levels and gets carried away. She does a great job in this clip. she also appears in another where she plays a superheroine.


Candle Boxxx It's hard to go wrong with candle, she has the best vacant stare in the business. She consistently does a nice job. I cant' remember of ha………Another newcomer she did a nice job in her fist clip, definitely check this one out.

I hope this was helpful to someone. I do encourage people who are worried about being burned when buying a clip to ask the group. I think we are all pretty honest when it comes to reviews. Their is plenty of stuff on Robolust that doesn't do it for me, even stuff I wrote. There are however, allot of clips I enjoy and by supporting the site I feel like we are helping to recruit new talent to the genre. I encourage honest critiques, so long as they constructive. How else are producers going to cater their products to us. By all means let producers know what you like and don't like, please just be respectful and constructive.

I have to go with Spaz on things. I've been burned too many times on Frank's stuff.

It's not that I don't appreciate his work, it's the fact that I spend 25+ dollars on content that has very little of what I'd like to see and camerawork that does not do the girls justice. The last thing I bought from him was the Wenona vid he put out a few months ago. I was so eager to see Wenona in action as a fembot again, and while she did fine, the camera was all over the place and very frustrating to watch and the whole thing felt like the girls weren't given much direction or input on things.

It doesn't matter what Frank's output is, if his vids aren't worth watching and spending 25 bucks on. Ashley Fires was putting out one vid every couple of weeks and for half of what I'd pay, to see Frank's skewed camerawork and badly flowing dialogue.

Its not about quantity of fembot content, its about the quality of the product. If you are happy with Frank's studio and you don't mind shelling out the cash for 30 minutes of his product, then more power to you. I think he'd benefit from not trying to rush the productions so much, and investing in maybe 50 bucks worth of electronics gear and makeup to give the girls and us some nice visual components to look at while they are acting. I am honestly of the opinion that any excellent fembot productions that come from his studio (and he has had a few in the past), are the result of the natural talents and saavy of the girls and not from any input by him.

I've been burned by a lot of frank's videos as well and have decided that just won't buy them anymore. I could go in detail as to why but ultimately his product just doesn't stack up against the competition.

I appreciate his attention to our fetish but I do agree that he should slow down production and try to present better quality films.

Here's the thing in regards to Frank's output. He has a subscription site as well as the C4S store. He updates the site weekly for members (usually a week or two behind what is put out on C4S). His main thing, or the main attraction for his subscribers is the hypno/female training stuff. He makes the robot stuff for us because it does make money for him and I'm sure he enjoys it to some degree but I'm pretty sure it's not his bread and butter. Do some of them miss the mark? For sure. Not all the girls get it, some do and do it quite well but again seeing as how it's not the main focus of his productions I'm not at all surprised. Frank has mentioned in the past that he has thought about dropping the robot stuff all together, which in my opinion would be a shame because there have been some really great videos that would not have been made.

I don't blame anyone for not purchasing videos, $25 to be disappointed is not fun for anyone. I subscribe to his site, $130 or so for 3 months worth of updates is usually worth it to me as there are more often than not some ladies who do a wonderful job.

Bottom line, if this was the only thing Frank produced I might be inclined to agree, spend more time on the production and instructing the girls etc. But seeing as how it's just a small part of a much larger production schedule, I understand there are going to be some hits and misses.

Indeed. And, remember, he's got TWO subscription sites- the main one, and one with just the robot clips, Robo Angels. Currently open for memberships. I think it's only a month at 46.95, and so far there are only 28 clips, but still, that's a lot better than paying $20-25 per clip.

Also: I see that this week's update is a remake of one of Kendra James' best performances (as described above). It has Jordan Skye as the fembot. The story is great. I wonder if Jordan did as well as Kendra?
