After five years, I've seen it and here's a quick review.
The plot, according to the blurb is
"A scientist builds the perfect Synthetic Dominatrix (LeBadd) in this sexy spin on the classic horror story. Liberty gleefully brings her creature to life and can't wait to test out the dominatrix she's created. The sexy but sinister scientist brings out a hapless specimen, K.C. Dylan, naked and nubile, and cuffs her in place for the creature of corporal punishment to test it's skills.
The synthetic dom test out beautifully, flogging, cropping and teasing the sweet submissive.The scientist isn't the only one pleased with the performance of the beuatifully cruel creature. The scientist's sensual assistant, Isadorea Rose, can't wait to feel the kiss of the creature. She seduces the creature into practicing punishment with her. At the end of her punishment, falling at the creatures feet in submission, she convinces the creature to punish the one person who truly deserves it.
Will the creature's creator regret bringing her dream dom to life?"
Basically, the assistant convinces or reprograms the robo-dom to attack and dominate the scientist, and she does so.
Overall, this is a not that terrible, relatively soft, BDSM flick. Bebe LeBadd is not that attractive, and she isn't a good dominatrix or an actress - but she makes for a decent fembot and looks pretty strict. Basically there are 3 sex (bondage, petting) scenes - android vs. a slave, android vs. lab assistant, android (+ the slave and lab assistant) vs. her creator. The bondage is pretty dull, though.
ASFR - stiff, mechanical movements of the robot, slow speech, not that bad startup scene, weak excuses for the maintenance sequence, one or two verbal commands near the end. Despite acting as a dominatrix, the nameless android isn't very smart nor she possesses a particularly well-developed personality. As the lab assistant submits to her. The "costume" is ridiculous - it consists of apparently a carpet, some plastic tubes, and a cooling fan strapped to the chest.
The only saving graces of the flick are some of the lines told between the sex scenes. To spare you watching of the movie, i'll quote all the interesting ones (near the end, the nameless, carpet-wearing dom says "I'll be back" which seems to be the only justification for the title).
The scientist: "My invention is now complete"
Assistant: "She's rather short..."
Scientist: "Well, I had to skimp on the material".

Android: "Feel?"
Scientist" "She has no remorse, no emotions - which will make her the perfect mistress".
