For those of you with i{layer access, the last Dr Who episode has some Amy-Pond-as-a-fembot action. Maybe there's clips on YouTube?

Granted, I'm not entirely certain that one can really call this show "Doctor Who" anymore; it seems rather to be The Doctor, the character, adrift in a completely different and much better-written show. Preposterously well-written, in fact. So while the nostalgic side of me has mixed feelings, the rest of my brain is enjoying every minute of it. "Let's Kill Hitler" was probably the most enjoyable hour of new television I've seen in years, even without the relevant content.

Re: Doctor Who episode
Augh... well, notwithstanding my earlier defence of this season, allow me to express my displeasure with last night's episode, "The Girl Who Waited"; in which [spoiler?] the "Handbots" were clearly female dancers in costume, and all that would have been needed for another "win", in my opinion, was for them to have female instead of male voices. Drat. Still, I remain optimistic about the general tenor of the new series.
