Here's a hint (she's not real).

I had to watch that several times. And then go research it. And then go watch it again. Once I discovered the secret behind the video, the clues popped out at me, but before that? Yeah, I figured that was a real woman. I'm not sure why she was created in the first place, other than to fake out fans and basically prove that they could do such a thing. But wow, I'm impressed.

Ok, you are going to have to prove to me that she is not real. Where is this research and evidence you speak of? I looked closely at the video and there is no evidence she isn't human. In fact another video shows scenes of girls that look like her in a photo shoot.
Please show us the links I want to see this for myself.

Watch all the way to the end to find out how the "girls that look like her" are the template for an entirely fictional woman. CGI has come a very long way.

I GUESS we're finally coming to the technology that was hinted at from the movies 'LOOKER" and "SIMONE" ....I have to admit that she's a bit easier on the eyes than MAX HEADROOM was.
...From my HEART and from my HAND
WHY don't people understand my intentions?

Seems they just used some kind of photographic overlay to the CGI with avoids the usual dead-eye problems. It's not really top notch animation, but a top notch skin.
