just notify them and you will get a refund, ive purchased from them alot and everytime ive had a problem.. i got double billed few days ago due to trying to get a download the page failed and only way to get to download page again was to buy it again,, i notified them and they put the 25 right back onto my card... ive never been screwed by them so please give them a chance before screwing them over.. their conact addy is right on the website do contact them
