Tamira is the cyborg who appears in the movie PROGRAMMED TO KILL, which came out in 1987. She is played by Sandahl Bergman and is a terrorist who is captured and converted into a cyborg who is then sent to kill her superior and the members of his inner circle. Here is the string:

Coming up not available for me, not sure if thats an international thing, or if its been removed though?
