So next month (march 2026) Discord is going to ask for a picture of your ID or a face scan.
I highly suggest you guys don't give them either since they already had two ID database leaks already.

So for clarity sake, you can still use Discord without face ID and whatever other nonsense they are going to ask for, but its going to be limited on what you can get to. NSFW and certain settings will require the ID.

But I agree with N6688. DO NOT give a stranger on the internet your personal information, govt ID, or pictures of your real actual self. Like...we were taught that as kids, right? I assure you that there will be no shortage of places to keep getting your fetish content. The admin's here aren't bending a knee to any of that shit any time ever. So, if nothing else you all can rally here and get back to sharing content the old fashioned way...anonymously.

That being said, it might not be a bad idea to start collecting contact information, email addresses, etc for friends you have on Discord so you can keep in contact when everything goes tits up.
