Phantasy Star Online 2 has entered the Beta stage, and along with that they have also released a character creator. Unfortunately, it's in Japanese.

How you download it:
Go to the bottom of the page. Hit the blue button at the bottom. Then hit the button marked "PSO" and it should download. From there, when you get to the menu, hit the second menu item and you will soon be making your own robot girl! (Or guy, or other non-artificial person. But what is the fun in that, anyway?)
It's probably not a lot, but hey! Every little bit, right?
