Drum roll please.....
The Holy Machine by Chris Beckett

The Holy Machine features a near-future where A.I. has come a long way, but all the fembots and other bots are logically designed for a specific, rational purpose without resort to indefensible super-power stereotypes so common in robo-fiction. Nor is every robot manifestly evil and yearning for human genocide.
Humans are the problem here. The revolutionary social factors that drive the conflict have Orwellian, dystopian implications, but the fembot is the wildcard that allows hope for the future. You can find it on Amazon.
