And it was a trending topic over on twitter earlier today. Numerous websites reporting that Ridley Scott is on-board to direct.

Another example of Hollywood trying to thoroughly pick the bones of Philip K. Dick. Sometimes it works out fairly well, other times, not so much (Next, I'm looking at you).

Boys and girls, it gets way worse than this, not only is Blade Runner being remade, Bluebird Films (The same company that did the Six Million Dollar Man/Bionic Woman porn parody), is giving the same treatment to Blade Runner, the good thing about this is that we are guaranteed to get at least one attractive android in this.

Oh yeah - get the parody is called Babe Runner (I swear sometimes I think Mirage is typing out the jokes here.)

At least they're trying. Many porn parodies don't even do that any more. We get "Avatar XXX" or "This Ain't The Flintstones" or some nonsense. What happened to the days of clever puns, like "Manos: The Handjobs of Fate"*?

*Sadly, not an actual porn parody

Ridley Scott? Feh. Once I learned what the Russell Crowe Robin Hood film was originally supposed to be (short answer: AWESOME) and what hand Scott had in it, I've lost respect for him.

You might have to be a bit more specific. There's the Blade Runner voice over, the Star Wars Christmas Special, Indy 4....
