I haven't seen this one reported, and I can nearly see why. Music video for 'Robot Chick'. It's strictly 'in name only' and there's a lot of awkward standing around, but hey, the guy's trying I guess...

I got back from Boston yesterday from attending the Boston Underground Film Festival. For the most part, it's a horror-and-gore kind of thing, but there were a couple shorts that touched on the ASFR genre.

I got to see Stanley Pickle (it opened for the movie I was part of) which is about a grown-up man-child who made clockwork parents (the mom and dad are clockwork with wind-up keys, and eventually malfunction with the mom's wig falling off; Bluebell the love-interest isn't a robot) although the animation style is pretty mechanical-looking in general. The website only has a trailer of the 12-minute short and I didn't look much further to see if it was hosted in full somewhere.

I wanted to see Radio Girl - (Underground Melody) opening for The Dead Inside based on the picture but didn't get the chance. Fortunately it's on YouTube in its entiretyÂ –Â not really fembot, but not really not, either ... you'll get the idea.
