I know someone who's a drug addict and it's a really big problem for him... he's really not a bad guy but just grew up in a bad situation. A little more sympathy please.

I have sympathy for genuine disabilities. Drug addiction is a sickness and there is a difference. That is something that can and should be treated but should not be categorized as a disability. But as someone with younger family and someone who has raised children and just a person of logic and consideration, I will never have sympathy or tolerance for pedophiles.

Not the same thing. There's Greek Catholic (which is mostly an Ukrainian thing) and there's Greek Orthodox.

Anyway, If this issue can help people fight their pedophiliac urges it's better than the alternative, isn't it? If a dude is a known pedo would the solution be a) chemical treatment b) imprisonment c) transfer to other parish?
