Which stories here...

Post by SunshineInTheGarden » Tue Aug 05, 2014 11:44 pm

...are the most well-written?

It does not have to contain good content or a gripping story, but it should have what you consider to be great writing, correct grammar and good prose.

I'm looking for these stories because English isn't my first language so I can't really tell which story is well-written and which isn't. I feel that it would be nice to read something that is interesting to me (fembots!) and pick up some English skills as well.

Thank you in advance :D

There are a few good authors on here that try to have good grammar and spelling (occasional types aside). You can check out any of my stories (I'm a stickler for grammar and spelling, although I do make the occasional mistake). I also try to have good stories and character, so that might help. Also try Dollspace, Cecilauthor, Spaz, and many many more.

As for my stories, you can try longer ones like "Exo Saves the Day", or "Corrupted", or my new one "Lost but Found", or you can check out some of my shorts, like "Third Time's the Charm", "The Delivery", or "Electra".

My stories are written with good grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

You may also want to try out BA and Silent_Lurker's works. Also, I recently re-edited all of Mirage's stories on the wiki: http://www.fembotwiki.com/index.php?tit ... ies/Mirage

Elactra was very well written.... along with an excellent story line. That story needs to be continued.

Thank you very much, glad you liked it. I plan on doing Electra part 2 once I finish up with Corrupted. So keep your eyes peeled for it.

Thanks for the vote of confidence! :) Makes me feel good when people like my work, though most of it isn't on the forums cos of the age thing (hey, I wrote them when I was like, 18 or thereabouts, what do you want?), but they're easy to find on the net. I use *lots* of pen-names but I think those are on the LTBSA under Taryn Alynn.

And gynoneko, your stories are really good too :)
