In case you happen to be looking to, say, replace the face of one person onto another, Icon8's Swapper works pretty good and is free for now.

You can submit a "destination" image, click on the face and replace it with AI generated faces, celebritites, memes (whyyyy?), or upload an image. The destination image should be head-on (profiles are ... abominations) and reasonably clear and unobstructed (hair over the eyes gets weird). The algorithm is pretty forgiving and accepts images of humans, sex dolls (or most any doll), and real-life androids and animatronics. The replacement image can be pretty low-resolution, and supplying an image of just the head works best (sometimes it complains that there are more than one face in the replacement image, even if there aren't).

You can also enhance the faces of lower quality pictures into sharper and bigger ones. It doesn't work with every picture but I would say it does 90% of the time. It works wonders with screencaps from the 70s and 80s!
