Ok, as a metalhead this kind of music seriously rustles my jimmies, but I'll take one for the team, I'm not even gonna bother contextualizing the translation; if you've ever heard reggaeton you'll know 99% of the lyrics either don't make sense and the words are there just because it kinda rhymes or are poorly constructed, tacky, blatant sexual references:
She's that dream that I had while awake
She's a slight memory of this feeling
A shakedown to my exits (lolwut)
The top of a kiss on a suicidal jump
Her power source captivates my sensors
No one can control her while she's on, dancing
She has that spark that burns transistors
She drinks an elixir that turns her engines on
A virtual diva came to the disco to dance
Check how she wiggles (dances) Ohh x3
There's somethig robot-like on her tactics
Her technique dried my batteries
Her model comes with a plastic hip
With the moves of the bionic woman
She's on fire
She's on with the blood turned on
She doesn't want to see the light of day tonight
Didn't brought a compass, she's lost
Her seductive system is overheating
While her frequency can be felt
Her bodily fluids are exporting (wut)
Robotic, she's shining on the dance floor
repreat ad nauseam

Ok, I'm out, gonna go get some ear bleach...

 Some time ago someone posted this video with some good fembot content in; I went to the extreme of download it, open it in an editor and delete the audio track to avoid nasty music blasting on my headphones inadvertently :rotfl:
But all in all, given the female-objectifying nature of the genre, there should be more fembot like videos on reggaeton music, so I guess I'll keep an eye open for that...
