TV > fembot lifeguards from Son of the Beach

I have not seen a single episode of "Son of the Beach" but did come across information on an episode called "Fanny and the Professor" which seems to find the lifeguards being fired and replaced by fembots. Has anyone seen this episode and if so, what did you think of it?

I have seen it, and I'd have to give it a 6 out of 10. It was average, at best, and if you see it airing again, try to watch it. But I wouldn't actively search it out or ask anyone to send it to you. I wish I could tell you more about the episode, but it's just not that memorable. Can anyone else refresh my memory?

Wow, you're being generous, hyper. I'd give it maybe a 3 out of 10.

The 3 fembots stand around most of the time, doing nothing. They do replace the human lifeguards, but the humans are given a chance to show their worth by competing in some athletic contests. The machines win, but a design flaw causes them to malfunction in the end. They were not built to function in temperatures exceding 105 degrees fahrenheit (or thereabouts).

I don't know if the gynoid episode will be included but the FX cable chanel will be running a "Son of the beach" marathon sometime on Friday the 15th. Check your local listings.

The vidcaps Noid posted are probably from the only appearences they
have in the episode,or the only ones worth posting thus lettin' us know
the extent of gynoid "action" in this ep.This only means I don't care if I
never see it.

I think the links are broken. I was hoping to find out more on the episode. :( Whether they only have somewhat good power down scene at all. Was hoping to find a vid clip or so as well but now I just want to cry because I feel disappointed. :( :brokenheart:

Tried YouTube and there was only a one miniute clip. :brokenheart: 11 years ago...wow! Who would've thought that those pics were that old and actresses that played them would easily be in their mid 30s.

once, twice?
then Poof! nowhere for years.

Wendy Kilbourne had a nice fembot style.
Should have been a series.
