SciFi Channel's Tin Man

Post by WilloWisp » Sat Dec 08, 2007 5:36 pm

I haven't seen the miniseries yet, but apparently, SciFi channel's Tin Man has some androids in it. I don't know to what extent, or how much malfunction/open panel/damage/programming we might get to see, but there are androids, some of them female. I'll report back after I've watched it off my DVR.

the android are a male and female who take care of the heroine
and act as her parents , later on in the story the main villain
bring them and tell the heroine that she reprogrammed them to love her

Dude, Tin Man's one of the coolest things I've seen this year - you gotta check it out (but the vids on Scifi.com are down for some reason... :()

Or, on the opposite end, it was completely retarded. The whole thing looked like it was shot on reused sets from SG-1, and it was six hours long when it should have been at most two. Of course, for me it did end up being about that length because I kept nodding off.

Unless you have real reason to watch good actors slum, or have a big thing for bad tattoos, then avoid avoid avoid like the plague.

....Admit it, it was actually pretty cool. And I've seen some really crappy scifi movies before...

So, just one question.

Most of us don't care whether it sucks or not.
Are there actually any gynoids in it?
GINO (Gynoids-In-Name-Only) don't count.
