Sorry, the first 3 are Chinese, I can't read.
(You did a double post, 2nd and 3rd are the same picture, a mistake?)

The last one is Japanese, the only hint I see is the name "Punime"

The bottom half is scans from the Punime comic, but it does not show any robot nature, I think.

It seems this was only 1 issue.

Then I found it! It is a part of a 1-off "Otome Milk"

Edit: I just zipped through the story. There's almost no indication that she's a robot, except some for the talk, and that's in Japanese.
It's a GINO story. If you're looking for ASFR images, don't bother.

Well, 3rd link says it's in page 134~135.

But in first 10 volumes, I couldn't find that scene in the link!

in karakuri circus the fembot content starts from volume 7 chapter 7 (it starts well since it's about robotic whores that start shooting the protagonists), and then the "mannequins" (both male and female) become recurring expendable villains, if you are searching for exact pages and don't care about what the story is about, i could find them for you, but sincerely it's worth reading it, it ain't bad at all.

Theoretically you could very well start from volume 7 chapter 7 and read from then on without bothering to read what came before, since the protagonist now has amnesia and is in a different part of the world for reasons that will be explained and has lost an arm for reasons that were explained before but you could very well ignore them.
