Hmm... I guess correct title is "Marie no Kanaderu Ongaku."

Don't ask me for all of the specific volumes she appears in. I read it 16 years ago when I was living in Japan.

Sisters of Steel (volume 8) definitely has her in it.
Now that you mention it, they did an anime of the episode with said villainess; a 2-parter of course.

I only found the episodes in Spanish Dub. But it does not matter.
