There's no official online release yet. It got a theatrical release with about 30 minutes of content followed by a behind-the-scenes documentary.

A Japanese Blu-ray release has just been announced and will be released on March 25. If you'd rather not wait for an official international release, this might be an option, since it even includes the English audio and subtitles.

Stay away from this anime, the main character is put back into the synesthetic body of her underage self, it was genuinely disgusting.

oh wow, what a surprise. The creator of this anime has always been hentai and his OCs have always been on the border of being underaged. Yasuomi Umetsu is one of those anime creators you either appreciate for their attention to anatomy, their touch on thrilling action... or squicked off by the apparent ages of their "18+" heroines. Even their earlier work for PG audiences, Wizard Barristers, had scenes so wrong that the camera had to be panned suggestively all around the action rather than focusing properly on the whole scene.
it's literally like expecting epically sexy women and coitus scenes from Satoshi Urushihara. You eventually learn which names are a guaranteed choice in terms of what you want to avoid or embrace when watching anime. So in short... keep away from the Yasuomi Umetsu shit in future, dude.
