A google image search turned up links to the anime "Freezing Vibration", second series based on the Freezing manga. I haven't seen the series yet, but it seems to focus on aliens and biotechnology rather than robots.

in freezing, the girls are called pandoras, soldiers enhanced with implants to combat alien invaders, not robots/cyborgs in any way.
