Fembot Central

Woah, alliterative thread title. Anyway, as hinted at previously, I've ordered a custom from the lovely and charming Crystal Clark.

She was incredibly enthusiastic about doing a robot custom, and polite, prompt and professional throughout the entire ordering process. In fact, this might be the most pleasant and enjoyable ordering experience I've had, and considering the good experiences I've already had with other models, that is saying something.

She also had an eye for detail, asking about elements that I don't always consciously think about, but do add to a good fembot performance when done right (in this case, blinking).

There's one moment she nails, which is when her start sequence is interrupted by an advertisement for her manufacturer. She has an unfortunate case of kung-fu arms through the video; she turns into a robot and immediately needs to become stiff as an action figure. There are moments where there's a weird cut to cover a long stretch of dialogue. And I wish she would have gotten up off the couch when she was being converted, maybe hopping to attention as the nano-dress turns her into a robot. But this is a very good beginning, and there are moments she can carry to the next video and run with. She's extremely beautiful and she obviously has a lot of enthusiasm for the subject. I really hope she keeps making robot videos. She could make incredible pieces in the not-too-distant future.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this model has done a couple of shoots for Frank under the name Katie O'Riley, has she not?

Yeah, she KILLED that.

Just an FYI, Crystal announced a Black Friday custom special- buy one, get one free. If that's not enough to fill you with holiday cheer, then I don't know what to tell you.

I can't figure out where she links to her customs on her page. Can anyone help me out with that? I'd love to take advantage of the sale! (Also a list of who she's working with would be helpful.)
