Leviathan is an inventor who has not met quota for the past three quarters. Evangeline is the company hired auditor to investigate why he is so slow with development and if need be recommend he be stripped of his grant. Leviathan comes through by showing his time stop device, and then offers to demonstrate it. As Eve begins to complagn her sentence is cut off by the stopping of time. Of course Levi is not effected as he has taken a chemical agent that keeps him phased with the current time stream.
