The closest thing is people getting nano-technobabble into their bodies to heal chronic injuries, and they become part of a hive mind; a few are women, but they're really just altered humans.
Found Transcendence on some android list ... definitely not worth watching if you're looking to see fembots.

Watched Maid Droid (Rich Mallery, 2023, 91 min.) ... terrible movie overall, and all GINO, so I'm adding it to the list. The only perk, if there is one, is that the two actresses (a human and the maid robot) are reasonably attractive and both undress a few times.

I think that Kamen Rider Drive can be added to GINO list.

https://kamenrider.fandom.com/wiki/Kamen_Rider_Drive

Shinnosuke Tomari is a former elite police officer; after an event that traumatized one of his colleagues, he has been "demoted" into the Special Investigations Division, a group that looks into the stranger happenings in the city, particularly the "Heavy Acceleration" events that leave people unable to move. When he is chosen by the Drive Driver and Tridoron, Shinnosuke transforms into Kamen Rider Drive and is tasked with battling the Roidmudes, androids who wish to take over the world by eliminating humanity.

There are female androids in Kamen Rider Drive, most prominent of them is one of villans' generals, her name is Medic. Androids in KR Drive have two forms - human form and monster form. In their human forms they look and behave like humans, they even bleed like humans; and in their monster forms they look like average Kamen Rider / Super Sentai monsters. So, in my opinion, Drive has no "real" fembot content.

I'll take your word for it and save myself the time. :D I paraphrased your comment just to get the basic plot across. Thanks!

I rewatched Cutie Honey: Tears recently, and I think that this movie can also be added to GINO list:

No problem :)

Well, aforementioned Kamen Rider Drive actually is a good show, but it has some flaws: rushed storylines (for example: a storyline about death of Shinnosuke's father), strange and unnecessary final boss (Sigma Circular), scrapped romantic storyline (Chase x Kiriko; seems like it was scrapped because Chase is a robot) and, of course, bad CGI.

Another movie for GINO list (or maybe for "No fembots" list):

Действуй, Маня / Deystvuy, Manya!
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101722/

A biologist and a programmer create a superman robot to fight crime. But this "superman" (her name is Manya) turned out to be an exact copy of a photo model from a poster - a heroine of programmer's erotic fantasies.

Manya looks like a human woman, she eats like a human, she even bleeds like a human. Her movements and voice are not very robotic; she acts more like a woman with super-strength than like a robot. The only one robotic thing about her is her blank / glassy stare.

Manya was created from...a lot of chicken eggs and one iron nail :) But other characters call her "a robot", "a machine", "a doll", "an automaton", etc.

This movie is quite funny and a bit silly (but in a good way). And Yuliya Menshova, lead actress, is quite hot (even though blondes are not exactly my type).

Sped through Mind and Machine (2017) and it's nothing but GINO content there. The acting was passable, and Ariana Guerra was attractive enough as the robot-that-can-feel, although her character acted more like she didn't have feelings at all, so that was dumb. The movie is very bad overall with lousy pacing and no point. I lost count of the number of times the background behind the actors was in sharp focus while the actors weren't. Quite the embarrassment.

Don't think I've seen mention of this one...

Foe (2023): Hen (Saoirse Ronan) & Junior's (Paul Mescal) life is thrown into turmoil when a stranger shows up at their door with a startling proposal.

The proposal is that they can have an AI robot/clone stand in for Junior while he's away building a space station. A familiar-to-this-board trope twist is suggested toward the end, but ultimately the whole film is just a bleak dialogue slog.

Do tell on the spoilers ... that "twist" could be a lot of things. I'm assuming lame, and not robots.

Added nonetheless.

!SPOILERS!

Hen living with the AI Junior while he's away naturally leads to a complicated emotional situation. When he returns, things get ugly as the company that makes the AI copies disposes of AI Junior... and at the very end, it maybe kinda sorta suggests Hen has replaced herself with a bot as she leaves Junior and the farm for a new life.

Added Advantageous (Jennifer Phang, U.S. 2015, 90 min. It was a pretty decent movie about a kind of dystopian future where jobs and opportunities are scarce, so competition for skills is out of control. Gwen (Jacqueline Kim) works for a company that is making a way to transfer one's consciousness to a new, better body. She gets laid off and then volunteers to be the first civilian test subject. However, the transfer process is not so much a transfer as a patterning of the new brain with most of the old memories, but the personality is largely new.

The new bodies, though, are biological, and horrifyingly, "body donors".

Just added Realive (2016) which is about people getting new/repaired bodies, has nothing to do with robots.

BTW, I got on this kick recently when I asked DuckDuckGo's AI about obscure movies featuring female androids. It's funny that some of them it completely fabricated a robot character or plotline: revenge-action film "Cherry Bomb" (2011) is not a remake of Cherry 2000...

Also Universal Soldier: The Return (1999), about the computer-controlled beefy dudes—at some point Maggie (Kiana Tom) gets killed and implanted with the soldier chip thing, but she has only a minor scene and they're not even robots anyway.

The AI thing suggested Casshern (2004)—a "live-action sci-fi movie based on a 1973 Japanese animé of the same name (Shinzo Ningen Casshân). Theme song by Utada Hikaru." It's one of those made-on-the-cheap high-style special effects kind of films that I really couldn't make much sense of (as I'm neither familiar with the original nor understand Japanese, and it's quite a complicated plot.)

A key thing is they discover these special cells to regenerate humans. As such, it's all biological and no human-like robots to speak of. I'm not sure if I should even bother including it in the list as it was only the dumb chatbot that even suggested it. Comments?

And then the chatbot said that Star Runners (2009) ... one of those crappy Aliens-ish "Sci-Fi Originals" ... had some android woman character which it does not at all. Again, I won't add it to the list officially since there's no indication in the actual plot summary (save for it being Aliens-ish), but in case anyone stumbles on it, don't bother.

Checked out Perfect (2018) ... kind of a mess of a movie that professes to have it all figured out but doesn't.

The central story is around a "genetic-engineering clinic" that promises to correct issues in troubled people. Despite implications of artificial beings, I think it's trying to be a metaphor for self-realization and the dichotomy of our perceived self-control and our animalistic tendencies.

Watched a couple more: AI chat recommended Star Crystal (Lance Lindsay, U.S. 1986, 91 min.) which was a pretty hilarious Aliens ripoff ... with all its 1980s glory, but there were no android women as promised. The ending is a unique twist and I'm kind of surprised at how forgotten this film is.

I also watched Screamers: The Hunting (Sheldon Wilson, Canada 2009, 95 min.) It was all as bad as one would expect. With the original Screamers ending with the titular machines "evolving" into human-like androids (specifically Jennifer Rubin as two robots), the second film is pretty lacking. I guess it gets a half-point because it did have non-human, mechanized women, but they were covered in flesh-like substance and all gooey and stuff. Nonetheless I'm adding it to the list as a special exception. Also, Lance Henriksen but he's not even an android.

Skimmed through Space Truckers ... there is one scene where an old woman in a bathroom stall is a decoy with a keypad in her head, but IMO, that doesn't even count as a fembot. At one point their "secret" cargo is coded as "sex dolls" but isn't, of course.
